We recognize that in today’s health care system there is no justifications for patients to wait for a long time to have essential or elective procedures to be done. We strive to deliver timely services and compassionate patient orientate care. It starts from the 48 hour-booking of the appointment from the time of referral to a procedure booked within 7 days if patient accept available time. The care continues from the manner we greet the patient to the time of discharge. Every patient leaves the centre after review of the results of the procedure and the scheduled follow up if required.
We are happy to report that recently the Oak Ridges Endoscopy Centre was assessed by the CPSO’s Out of Hospital Inspect Program and passed. In today’s time of rigorous audits and regulatory scrutiny, this was a result we are very proud to share with you.
