Our endoscopy services are fully covered by OHIP coverage. The patients who require elective endoscopy procedures and consultations without a valid Provincial Health Care Plan and Quebec residents are responsible to pay for the fees themselves before the procedure. There are other services that are not covered by OHIP and other Provincial Health Care Plans and we base our fees on Ontario Medical Association recommended uninsured services fees:

1. Doctor sick note $25.00
2. Insurance one page or FAF form $50.00
3. Special insurance forms requested by the insurance companies.
- The fee is minimum of $150.00 and will depend on complexity of the form. The advance notice of the fee will be provided prior to the service rendered.
4. Missed endoscopy appointment $300.00,
5. Missed video or in person, consultation or follow up appointment $100.00
6. Uninsured Colonoscopy includes
- $200.00 (Consult fee)
- $300.00 (Anesthesiologist fee, includes physician fee, iv with connector, IV fluids as required, sedatives)
- $1100.00 (Colonoscopy fee including single use gowns, polyps removal, biopsies, clips, injections, endoscopic markers, polyp trap, collection of samples, etc as required)
- $150.00 (Follow up consultation fee if required include preparation of the documents and reports)
- This doesn’t include pathologist fee.
7. Uninsured upper Gastroscopy/endoscopy includes
- $200.00 (Consult fee)
- $300.00 (Anesthesiologist fee, includes physician fee, iv with connector, IV fluids as required, sedatives)
- $400.00 (Gastroscopy/endoscopy fee including biopsies if required)
- $150.00 (Follow up consultation fee if required include preparation of the documents and reports)
- This doesn’t include pathologist fee.
8. In case of both Colonoscopy and Upper Endoscopy (gastroscopy) performed at the same time then only one Consultation fee and one Anesthesiologist fee are charged.
9. Voluntary Block fee $200.00 includes following services for a period of six months from the day of purchase, these services can be paid for separately without a block fee. Client can receive full refund within 7 days of purchase assuming no services have been used.
- Renewal prescription without appointment ($25.00)
- doctor’s note for work for the day of the procedure ($25.00)
- email answers to medical question (no more then 4 questions a year, each email questions response is $50) Office reserve the right to schedule an appoint for questions that cannot be answered in the email
- Missed follow up appointment ($100)
- Preparation and Transfer full medical record $25.00 (includes 10 pages), if more than 10 pages total fee is $40
- Insurance one page or FAF form $50.00
10. Aesthetic medical procedures that are not covered by OHIP include such as benign anal lesion removal such as ANAL SKIN tags resection. Surgical procedure includes sedation. Anesthesiologist fee ($300.00) plus procedure fee ($500.00)
