Referrals for patients with previous history of heart and/or lung disease should be accompanied with recent blood work, ECHO and/or Stress test reports.
It is also essential that patients are treated with the respect and dignity that they have come to expect when being referred from your office. From the manner by which they move from prep room, to procedure room and then back to recovery bay, we strive to ensure complete privacy while attending to the utmost attention to detail.
